"Believe in yourself, take on your challenges, dig deep
within yourself to
conquer fears."
Hi Friends, today i would like to share about the spirituality and omen. In this 21st century people believe omen and superstitions not only in illiterate people, but also in educated persons, literate people are also believe in horoscope, good omen and bad omen etc..Science and technology develops day by day, number of inventions for many good reasons and scientifically some superstitions proved they are wrong, but some people didn't believe science. However, spirituality and omen both are inculcated from families, societies, surroundings etc.. Spirituality is a view of many
perspectives. It is a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves,
and it typically involves a search for meaning in life. As such, it is a
universal human experience. It means something different to everyone. For some, it's
about participating in organized religion: going to a church, temple, mosque, etc...Traditionally,
it refers to a religious process of re-formation which "aims to recover
the original shape of man",
oriented at "the image of God"
as exemplified by the founders and sacred texts of the religions of the world. An omen is a phenomenon
that is believed to foretell the future, often signifying the advent of change.
People in ancient times believed that omens bring a
divine message from their gods. Let us discuss in detail in our essay, prepare well friends, thank you.
Topic: You cannot believe in God until you
believe in yourself.--
In Sanatan Dharma, an atheist is the one who
does not believe in existence of a soul. However, the Western approach targets
belief in deities. By this logic, we can figure out; before you accept and experience the power of
Soul, you cannot understand your potential and therefore your belief in
yourself is not 100% true. Besides, The above written quote aptly indicates on
the fact that having faith in yourself is more important than having faith in
God. This statement is action oriented and directed towards the service of
humanity. The drive for such statements has been the mindset of people who were
lazy and expected God to take care of challenging situations instead of action
on it.
Swami
Vivekananda was a spiritual
preacher and used to travel all over India. What he saw that there were blind
beliefs, superstitions etc..For Example: some omens are there, Eating
sweet curd before an exam will bring good luck, If a girl's horoscope matches
well with a boy's horoscope, at the time of their marriage, then they will have
a successful married life considered to be a good omens. On the other hand, seeing a cat, especially black, it is
considered to be a very bad omen.
But most importantly, people used to
completely rely on God as a whole and sole, and refrained from hard work as
they believed that it is on God’s will. They believed they couldn’t do anything
by themselves thereby lacking
self-belief. Therefore this phrase is regarding lack of self-belief in
believers rather than beliefs in general.
When it comes to atheists, who believe in
themselves has got nothing to do with God but God has got to do everything with
belief. There might be a people who claim they don’t believe in God but have
committed their life genuinely to welfare of others, e.g. running charities, orphanages etc. They feel
happy and content in giving unconditional love and compassion to others and
this is what realizing God. For Example: Mother Theressa gave incomparable contributions to the society,
that holy soul served the poor and the ignored people of the society. She established help for orphans,
HIV/Aids victims, and leprosy. On the other hand, we have
Arunachalam Muruganantham, Who contributed towards women hygeine.
“God is not about religion; neither about the
rituals and traditions”. It’s more about the authentic and pristine connection
with others and the universe. Hence, The given statement has nothing to do with
atheism and theism. If atheists can live
without the believe of God, why should any one bother to make them believe. If
one person never feels any urge to find out some thing, why should
unnecessarily create a need.
Harivansh
Rai Bachchan Says, “You Can Not
Take Your Boat Across The Sea If You Are
Afraid Of Waves”. Likewise, when you
believe in yourself, you feel limitless in what you can achieve. You don’t put road blocks in front of you; instead, you keep the road of your life open to
possibilities. For Example:Born Blind Srikanth’s Bolla A CEO of Hyderabad-based
Bollant Industries, an organisation that employs uneducated and disabled
employees. It is his sheer tenacity that shines through the dark clouds of his
misfortune.
Instead of merely relying on god, these people
work for it and Change the circumstances for the better as correctly said by, Rabindra Nath Tagore “You Can Not Cross
The Sea Merely By Standing and Staring At The Water”. The statement of swami
Vivekananda need not be interpreted
in that way. He only want to emphasis
the importance of self realization. Before searching for God one should search
for his self. which is none other than the reflection of God.
It is a statement to mock
those people who wander around for the search of God in
external world with out realizing the existence of God in himself. If one
person is stronghold on his believes and views it is convenient for him to move
for the search of God. But one who confuse about his believes carry over the
similar confusion in search of God also. It is this
idea of God that Swami ji challenged and implied that just believing in yourself
is enough to believe in God and one does not need to visit temples, perform rituals,
sing holy songs or kneel before an idol to believe in God and strongly believed
that to understand the outside world one must look within themselves. Everyone
has great potential to achieve extraordinary lengths of progress.
Thus, In culmination
it can be said “You can not believe in God until you believe in yourself,” goes
hand in hand with as it is rightly been said in Bhagawad Geeta. The power of God is with you at all times; through
the activities of mind, senses, breathing, and emotions; and is constantly
doing all the work using you as a mere instrument.
